Move-in Procedures
In order for all residents to understand about the facilities, the rules and the environment of our share houses, viewing is required before signing a rental agreement. At the time of your move-in, our staff will be at the share house for the agreement reconfirmation, handing in a key and an orientation. Please be sure to bring a copy of your ID (driver’s license, resident register, etc.). If you are a foreigner, please bring a copy of your alien registration card.
It may take a few days to prepare bedding (futon) for you. If you wish to move in on the same day you view the share house, and if you wish to rent bedding, we recommend that you tell us in advance. If you are reserving from overseas and cannot visit the house before you arrive Tokyo, you can also make online reservation. Please mention that in your inquiry and our staff will email you within two working days.
